PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid machine enlargement due to the external installation of a blower and an additional mechanism to a hollow container, to eliminate complication and to reduce an installation cost. SOLUTION: This lottery machine has internal transparency at least in a part of it, consists of a ceiling part, a bottom part and a side wall part communicating with them, is provided with an opening in each of them and also the hollow container having a taking-out opening where a player inserts a hand in the side wall, arranges an axial fan at the opening of the ceiling part and/or the bottom part or the axial fan at the opening on the ceiling part while making the bottom part a concave spherical surface shape and keeps many light lottery pieces floating and dancing in the container by directly blowing air into the hollow container to agitate internal air.
