PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric transducer element having sensitizing-dye carrying semiconductor layer from which sensitizing dyes are hardly be removed. SOLUTION: With the photoelectric transducer element with comprises an electrode with a sensitizing-dye carrying semiconductor layer on its one surface, a counter electrode facing the semiconductor layer and an electrolyte layer between the above semiconductor layer and the counter electrode, the semiconductor layer and the sensitizing dyes of the above sensitizing-dye carrying semiconductor layer are combined through ether bonding.
