SUBSTANCE: partially-paralleling conversion table is used as conversion table designed to convert data sequence on M-bit support into code sequence on N-bit support, where M and N are integer numbers related as M <N without using boundary bits. Conversion table has first and second sub-tables incorporating many code groups including various codes for similar input data. Second sub-table is, essentially, table partially used as slave sub-table of first one and is produced by assigning various codes of first input data to second input data. Codes are sequentially assigned to all code groups in paralleled portions of first and second sub-tables with respect to input data from code having maximal absolute value of numeric sum variation alternative.
