<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in and out management system that can detect coming in and out people, permit it and unlock an electric lock without the need for installing a card reader and a ten-key around an entrance. SOLUTION: This invention provides an in and out management system where plural slave sets and base stations communicate a radio wave with a prescribed strength having identification information, the base stations keep the signal with the electric field strength in response to positions of the slave sets to register positions of the slave sets, and position information of the mobile phone making a speech through the connection of channels between the slave sets with an exchange via the plural base stations is utilized, that is provided with a position detection means 2 that sets a reference 3 of the electric field strength by each base station and compares it with an electric field strength of a radio wave from a slave set and received by a base station to detect the slave set and with entrance and exit control means 5 and 7 that registers base station to conduct exit and entrance and condition 6 of slave set and control entrance and exit through the collation with a condition of the slave set when the position detection means 2 in the registered base station detects the slave set. The entrance and exit is managed through communication between the registered base station and the slave set.</p> |
