PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pole due to a parasitic capacitance from being caused in a transfer function of a feedback circuit having a feedback resistive element and a feedback phase compensation capacitive element. SOLUTION: In the case of configuring a feedback amplifier circuit with an integrated circuit, the capacitance of feedback phase compensation capacitors C11, C12 and the resistance of feedback resistors R11, R12 are selected so that a relation of C11.R11=(C12+Cp11).R12 holds. Thus, the production of a pole to a transfer function of the feedback circuit due to a parasitic capacitance Cp11 of the feedback phase compensation capacitor C12 is prevented and only one zero is in existence in the transfer function. As a result, an advanced phase compensation function in the feedback circuit can normally be enhanced.
