PURPOSE: A cool and hot fluid supply system is provided to supply fluid by cooling or heating without converting a refrigerant circulation passage of refrigerating cycle. CONSTITUTION: A fluid inlet(11) of a vaporization heat exchanger(10) is connected to a fluid supply part(30) and a fluid use part(40) through a first fluid supply pipe(101) and a first fluid recovery pipe(102) having valves(101a,102a). A fluid inlet(21) of a condensation heat exchanger(20) is connected to the fluid supply part and the fluid use part through a second fluid supply pipe(201) and a second fluid recovery pipe(202) having valves(201a,202a). A fluid outlet(12) of the vaporization heat exchanger is connected to the fluid use part and a fluid disposal part through a first fluid feed pipe(103) and a first fluid waste pipe(104) having valves(103a,104a). A fluid outlet(22) of the condensation heat exchanger is connected to the fluid use part and the fluid disposal part through a second fluid feed pipe(203) and a second fluid waste pipe(204) having valves(203a,204a). A waste heat exchanger recovers waste heat of fluid from the fluid use part efficiently by exchanging heat of fluid from the fluid supply part with heat of waste fluid from the fluid use part.
