PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a magnetic circuit formed in a yoke is destabilized when adhesion of a main yoke and a top yoke is bad, and that the assembly process of the yoke is complicated due to many numbers of components of the yoke. SOLUTION: Press-contacting parts 36 and 36 are formed in a third yoke 23c, and a projecting part 35 is formed in a second yoke 23b. By forming inclined planes 36a and 35a in the press-contacting parts 36 and projecting part 35, by caulking and fixing the press-contacting parts 36 and projecting part 35, the third yoke 23c and second yoke 23b are pressed respectively to the joined surface direction, and adhesion between the third yoke 23c and second yoke 23b can be enhanced. Since the yoke 23 is formed in an integrated type, the manufacturing process of the yoke can be facilitated compared with the conventional manner, and workability can be enhanced.
