PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous starting by a signal except for a starting signal and to prevent the other master unit from erroneously being started when a prescribed master unit transmits the starting signal or the other slave unit from erroneously being started when a prescribed slave unit transmits the starting signal. SOLUTION: Communication speed between the starting signals for calling opposite stations and transmission/reception signals except for the starting signals are made different between master units 6 and 10 and slave units 7, 11 and 13. Communication speed are made different between the starting signal for permitting the master unit to call the slave unit and the starting signal permitting the slave unit to call the master unit.
