PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, with which a document file corresponding to an audio file can be opened by easy operation. SOLUTION: A controller 1 of the data processor has functions as a correspondent data preparing means for preparing correspondent data, with which an audio file is made correspondent to the document file making audio data in this audio file into document, by running a data processing program, a document file selecting means for selecting the document file corresponding to the desired audio file on the basis of the correspondent data, and a display means for displaying the selected document file.
