PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending universal head capable of saving labor or shortening time in the photographing in a wide range and the maintenance inspection of a monitoring television camera. SOLUTION: A shaft 20 and a bent arm 2 are fixed at the upper end of a support 1 and held by means of a bearing 21, and a shaft 4 and a camera base 3 are fixed at the upper end of the arm 2 and held by means of a bearing 9. Furthermore, the shaft 4 and a revolving fitting 5 are engaged with a forked fitting 7 by means of a fixed pin 6 and further one end of the fitting 7 and a fitting 11 to be engaged with the upper end of the support 1 by means of a pin 12 are coupled with a coupling bar 8 so as to obtain a series of bending universal head capable of bending the arm 2 in a state where the camera base 3 is kept vertical by a chain 16 by normally and reversely rotating a motor 17.
