PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch that produces less harmonics. SOLUTION: The high frequency switch 21 is provided with two switches 21a, 21b. The switch 21a is provided with two diodes D11, D12 and two transmission lines 22, 23. The switch 21b is provided with two diodes D13, D14 and two transmission lines 24, 25. Then a voltage control terminal Vc2 (Vc1) is connected to an intermediate connecting point between an anode of the diode D11 (D13) and a transmission line 23 (25) via a resistor r2 (r1) respectively.
