SUBSTANCE: device has manipulator that mounts cross-clamping unit for support; this unit is built up of base and roughing lodgments joined to base through levers. Device is also provided with additional roughing lodgments for cross-clamping of support; one of lodgments is rigidly fixed to base of unit, other one is hinged to the latter through of additional remotely turned lever. Additional lodgments are displaced relative to main ones along turn axes of their levers. Main lodgments are joined to their levers by means of spherical hinges. Turn drive of main levers is made in the form of hydraulic cylinder hinged to these levers at its ends. Main lodgments are spring-loaded relative to their levers.
