PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card reader/writer which can settle a problem where a recent IC card apparently has a normal operation even when a defective touch occurs at a VCC contact and then has a malfunction when the current consumption is increased. SOLUTION: When the voltage drop of reset signal of an IC card is detected by a comparator, the proper processing is carried out to the IC card. |
