SOLUTION: Based on an issue request from the data receiving terminal equipment connected through a communication line, second receiving authentication data are transmitted, these second receiving authentication data are extracted and collated from a receiving request sent from terminal equipment connected to the communication line and based on the collated receiving request, image data are transmitted to the terminal equipment, which transmits the receiving request. Thus, even when data applied to a recipient for authentication at the time of receiving are known by the other person, danger to illegally use these data can be eliminated. |
