PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction processing technology which permits order reception having a customer's wait time shortened when a transaction is carried out through a network. SOLUTION: An order receiving process part 122 performs a process for receiving the on-line input of order information regarding a specific transaction from an ordering source and a process for obtaining payment certificate information showing that money has been paid for the order. An authorization request process part 123 makes an authorization request regarding the payment certificate information through a payment center. The order receiving process part 122 outputs information showing that the order has been accepted on-line to the ordering source without waiting for the result of the authorization.
