PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who browses a Web Shop homepage and is buying an article to obtain an explanation for the article or a buying method or assistance from a support operator in voice or by operating a computer. SOLUTION: A user computer which is browsing the Web Shop homepage is connected to a support service management server through the Internet and connected to the computer of the support operator by the support service management server through the Internet, and then the computer of the operator and the computer of the operator are connected through the Internet to share a screen between the computer of the operator and the computer of the user. Then the voice of the operator is outputted to the computer of the user and the voice of the user is outputted to the computer of the operator; and the operator supports the user in voice and by operating the shared screen.
