DEVICE FOR EVALUATING COMMUNICATION QUALITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating device capable of evaluating communication quality without being influenced by a modeling error. SOLUTION: This device does not use traffic measurement items. Obtained source data are directly given to simulation without summarizing the data into statistical parameters. Quality is evaluated by the simulation and a numerical expression is not used.
