PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal communication system and its method for warranting the arrival of call to a proper mobile terminal in the case that an illegal mobile terminal having the same mobile terminal number as that of the proper mobile terminal is in existence in the same system. SOLUTION: An exchange 1 starts authentication processing in response to a reply of an incoming call from all mobile terminals 3a receiving the call. The exchange 1 reads the authentication information corresponding to a mobile terminal number of an opposite party requested by a caller from a subscriber data storage device 2, compares the read authentication information with authentication information defined by each mobile terminal and sent by each mobile terminal so as to discriminate which of mobile terminals is a regular mobile terminal.
