PURPOSE: Provided is a recycling system for construction wastes which utilizes a ventilation system for excluding scatter dusts and multiple second spray devices so that it prevents dusts from being scattered. CONSTITUTION: In the recycling system for construction wastes(100) which consists of multiple crushers, screens, ventilators and conveyer belts, the recycling system for construction wastes comprises the parts of: the ventilation system for excluding scatter dust(10) which includes a first spray device and a net to form an exclusion layer for scatter dusts as fine drop; and a second spray device(90) which includes a support pole to cover the crusher, the screen or the conveyer belt, a second spray nozzle which sprays fine drop all directions and a pump and a hose which supply pressured water for the second spray nozzle.
