<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that has the simplified circuit configuration and the reduced power consumption by eliminating the need for a level shifter control signal. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is provided with a level shifter 3 that converts an operating voltage level of a DRAM control signal outputted from a logic section 2 operated at a low voltage power supply and input data and provides the DRAM control signal to a DRAM and with an interface circuit 5 that uses an interface control signal supplied from the DRAM to control the input data outputted from the level shifter and output data from the DRAM 6, outputs the input data to the DRAM and outputs the output data to an external data output terminal and the logic section.</p> |
