PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type phase shifter that switches a series circuit and a parallel circuit each consisting of inductive and reactive components to obtain a desired phase shift and solves a problem of a conventional phase shifter that cannot have accurately obtained a desired phase shift because of presence of parasitic capacitance in the circuits. SOLUTION: The reflection type phase shifter is provided with a high frequency signal input output terminal 11, with a series circuit 21 consisting of an inductor 15 and a capacitor 16 connected in series with switches 19a, 19b mutually connected to the high frequency signal input output terminal 11 in parallel and with a parallel circuit 22 consisting of an inductor 17 and a capacitor 18 connected in parallel.
