SOLUTION: A paper 1b to be pasted to glass obtained by drying a water-soluble adhesive 3 impregnated into a water-permeable Japanese paper 1 is applied to the surface of glass 9 to which water 11 is previously adhered and temporarily fixed to the glass. In the state, sufficient water 11 is applied to the face of the paper 1b to be pasted to glass, the water-soluble adhesive 3 is dissolved and the paper 1b to be pasted to glass is pasted to the glass 9.
