PURPOSE: A self disease-diagnosis kit article using katamenia and a method for self diagnosing diseases are provided, thereby a user can easily and rapidly diagnose several diseases himself without additional blood sampling process. CONSTITUTION: The method for self diagnosing diseases comprises the steps of: collecting katamenia using a sanitary napkin; recovering an absorbing stick from the sanitary napkin; inserting the absorbing stick into the self disease-diagnosis kit article; transferring the katamenia into a pad from the stick; moving the katamenia to an analysing membrane via a hemocyte separating-membrane and a conjugate pad; forming bands produced by antibody specific binding between antibody in the membrane and the components of katamenia; and identifying diseases by analysing the bends. The self disease-diagnosing apparatus using katamenia consists of a sanitary napkin and a katamenia absorbing stick.
