摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify procedures about band acquisition by representing the transmission delay of a communication medium by using an identifier. SOLUTION: The band acquiring means 609 of a 2nd transmitter 614 stops the transmission of a 1st transmitter 606, subsequently calculates a band used by the transmitter 606 by using a propagation delay identifier 105 read from the transmitter 606 and a maximum transmission data volume 605 and starts transmission by using the band. Needed procedures are simplified because the return and reacquisition of the band are not accompanied when transmitters are switched. It is further possible to effectively utilize the band by using the propagation delay identifier.
