PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can prevent interruption of continuous printing, and moreover, can output images of a stable color tone continuously. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a photosensitive drum 1 on which a latent image is formed by being exposed, a developing rotary 5 for developing a latent image on the photosensitive drum 1 by using the toner image in respectively different color, and an intermediate transfer belt 6, to which the toner image on the photosensitive drum 1 is transferred, to carry this toner image, and a density sensor 9 for measuring the density of a patch formed on the intermediate transfer belt 6, and furthermore the intermediate transfer belt 6 is provided with the patch area for carrying the density sensor 9, in the area except the area for carrying the toner image of the image being output. |
