PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for personnel change assistance, a recording medium, and a transmission medium which lighten temporal and operational loads needed to plan personnel changes. SOLUTION: A process for automatically converting personnel change information, such as a personnel change list, which is inputted as in-organization information on object persons of personnel changes before and after the personnel changes into a personnel change table, such as a route table, showing associative personnel changes of the object persons of the personnel changes and/or a process for automatically converting personnel change information inputted in the form of a route table into a personnel change table in the form of a personnel change state list is actualized. |
