<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain stable control even when there is no operator in a central control room of a power plant. SOLUTION: Respective thermal power plants 300 to 300(N+1) are connected to a central power supply command station 100 through a central control station 200 for collectively controlling them. Each thermal power plant is provided with a rail laid on a prescribed circulation route, a monitoring robot 1 including a sensor 3 having the senses of sight, smell, touch, and hearing and allowed to travel on the rail at a fixed period, an alarm device 4 for storing the contents of alarms at the occurrence of various faults, a power plant unit computer 6 for generating recovering and storing the record of a power plant operation diary, and a control device 8 having a program controller for executing generator output control operation corresponding to a power demand in each season and each time band by an instruction from the command station 100. The central control station 200 concentrates the monitoring and operating functions of multiple power plants from respective power plants into one place.</p> |
