PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color liquid crystal display panel which can enhance the adhesion property between the insulating films of a black matrix while maintaining a stable contrast and may be made finer by preventing the peeling in development. SOLUTION: The black matrix 13 is formed via first to third color layers 10 to 12 on the insulating films 9. The first to third color layers 10 to 12 are formed by patterning using a photoreceptor, have high photosensitivity and sufficiently give rise to a crosslinking reaction and therefore have the high adhesion property to the insulating films 9 consisting of silicon nitride. The base materials of the third color layer 12 and the black matrix 13 are both acrylic resins and therefore the adhesion property between these is high as well. Then, the high adhesion property may be obtained between the black matrix 13 and the insulating films 9.
