PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent important information from being leaked by resume restoration of condition that a user is legal even in the case of the occurrence of a suspending state, leaving it as it is and leaving it behind in the state of accessing to important information, so as to prevent the third party from illegal use. SOLUTION: The CPU 21 of a terminal device checks whether the user is a legal user allowed to access to the DB file based on the password of an operator inputted at the time of accessing to the DB file in a DB card 3 and when he/she is the legal user, his/her access is permitted. Then, when a suspending function operates in a state where the DB file is accessed to, suspending processing is performed. In resume restoration, the input of the password is made acceptable and whether the user is legal is checked again based on the inputted password. When he/she is the legal user, the resume processing for restoring to an original state is performed on the condition that he/she is the legal user. |
