PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image-forming method and an electrophotographic image-forming device by which cleaning performance is maintained over a long term, an image defect is eliminated, and the service life of a cleaning blade is prolonged. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic image-forming method, having a process to develop at least an electrostatic image on an electrophotographic photoreceptor with developer incorporating toner and a process for removing the toner on the electrophotographic photoreceptor by using a cleaning blade, the surface roughness of the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a 15 mm reference length is set within the range of 0.01-2.5μm by ten-point average roughness Rz, and the turbidity of the toner is set within the range of 1-50.
