PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connecting device which enables electric connection between printed circuit boards in a smaller space and enables to maintain a mechanical holding force with secure connection of one printed circuit board with another. SOLUTION: The electric connecting device 10 is for electrically connecting the first printed circuit board P1 and the second printed circuit board P2, and is provided with a holder device 20 having the first holder 24 fixed on the first printed circuit board and the second holder 26 fixed on the first holder 24, and a connecting member 30 electrically connecting a conductive pattern of the first printed circuit board P1 with a conductive pattern of the second printed circuit board P2 held by the holder device 20.
