PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized capacitor which exhibit superior characteristics, such as an electrostatic capacity, dielectric tangent factor, and leakage current, especially in a high-temperature environment and which can meet the requirements for a heat-resisting capacitor suitable for SMT. SOLUTION: For the dielectric substance for this capacitor, a three- dimensional structure added polymer obtained from a 1,3,5-triazine-based monomer having a prescribed structure is used. This dielectric substance and evaporated metal layers are laminated alternately to form the capacitor.
