PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process image data, when performing parallel operation. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with an image data control part 203 connected to a sensor board unit 202 and/or image memory access control part 221 and/or image processor 204 and/or video data control part 205 and/or facsimile control unit 224, and a system controller 231 for switching the transmission of competing image data, when image data to be transmitted to the image data control part 203 are competing. Also image processing of image data is shared by the image memory access control part 221 and the image processor 204.
