PURPOSE: A declination stem manufacturing device and a declination stem for cathode ray tube is provided to simplify a process of machining an assembly, and integrate an external power source socket and test equipments and so on. CONSTITUTION: The declination stem manufacturing device includes a formation section(20) for giving a declination to an inner lead of a stem, an optional section(40) having a fixed block to which a transferring device is adhered for driving the formation section(20). The formation section(20) includes a fine adjustment screw(24) and a cam cylinder(30) on a flat surface of horizontal surface(23), a transferring means(43) in a lower part, a mold cam(31) on a cam plate(32) assembled with a cam cylinder(25), and an elevating plate(21) where a mold assembly(30) of a mold body(34) assembled by a mold shaft(26) is applied. The optional section(40) includes a fixed block(41) where a block(42) for assembling the transferring means(43) surround an outer circumference is intervened, and a reinforcement plate(41) intervened on a front of an upper part of the fixed block(41).
