DRAIN UNIT FOR STEAM LINE

摘要

heat-power engineering; drainage of working medium from horizontal steam lines of heat power equipment. SUBSTANCE: drain unit includes drain branch pipe connected to horizontal pipe line and provided with shut-off fittings and shunting tube which connects pipe line with drain branch pipe before shut-off fittings. Shunting tube has upper section which is located in pipe line; this section is straight and is perpendicular to axis of pipe line. It has hole directed downward in way of steam flow in pipe line. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of steam line; reduction of losses in main steam flow. 3 dwg
