CONSTITUTION: In a cutting edge coupling structure of a cutting tool for machining a piston ball seat of a vehicle compressor, semicircular synthetic diamond(10) has the length from the center, is coupled with a solid carbide edge(12) on a rear surface, and formed with a chamfer at the upper part of a cut surface, the diamond is inserted into a groove(15) formed to a cutting rod(14) of a cutting tool(13) with a predetermined depth and a predetermined width, many copper plates are inserted into a space between the inner wall of the groove and the solid carbide edge with a predetermined interval to fix the diamond, and a silver solder is inserted in a space between the inner wall of the groove and the copper plates to be melted by a welding element to couple and fix the diamond to the cutting rod.
