PURPOSE: A method for producing toxicity free lacquer solution by removing urushiol is provided. And a device for producing it is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the urushiol free lacquer solution comprises the steps of: minutely cutting the lacquer tree and its peel; inserting the sawdust of the lacquer tree into a lacquer solution producing device; adding water into the device and mixing with the sawdust; heating the mixture with circulating cooling water through a circulating apparatus and with supplying air using an air providing apparatus; maintaining the circulation temperature for 2 hour and storing the mixture at room temperature for 1 hour; and filtering the mixture to remove urushiol.
