PURPOSE: A voice domain recognition system using a distribution process method is provided to remove a time limitation and a numerical limitation, and to use an ordinary text system by adopting the distribution process method and a multiple process method. CONSTITUTION: When a user transmits an order through a cordless telephone or a cordless microphone(1), a user system voice collection module(2) receives the order, and converts the inputted voice into digital data, and transmits the converted digital data to a distribution process system communication module(4). The user system voice collection module(2) receives a result from a distribution system. The distribution process system communication module(4) collects data received from a user system communication module(3), and distributes the collected data to each server system, and transmits the second recognition result to the user system. At this time, a distribution process system dispersion process module(5) performs a multiplexing work of the received data, and transmits the result of the multiplexing work to the user system, and transmits the voice data to a voice recognition module(7) of voice analysis/recognition system by receiving voice data from a distribution processor. The voice recognition module(7) analyzes the voice of user, and performs a recognition process of the voice, and transmits the result of the analysis and the recognition of voice to a distribution process system, and transmits domain information gotten by the voice recognition result to a result display module(8).
