The studded slab (1) is made from a thermally insulating material and the square studs (2) are arranged in offset rows. The studs retain fluid circulation tubes. In each of its corners each stud has in its upper zone a diagonally projecting nose (3). Two opposite noses are separated by a gap (5) less than the diameter of a tube and define a tube retaining passage (4). Each passage can be passed through by a tube (8,9) either extending along adjacent sides of the stud or by a tube extending diagonally (7) perpendicular to the nose.
