The invention concerns a seafloor-surface linking device comprising at least a submarine duct (1) including at least a floater (2), preferably several floaters in tulip fashion, said floaters consisting in cans enclosing said duct (1) located in the immersed upper part of the duct, said duct being maintained at the surface by a floater guiding element, preferably at the floating support (15). The invention is characterised in that it comprises at least a stabilising element (3) located in the duct upper zone consisting of: the lower part of the zone of floaters (4), preferably on or at the level of the lowest floater, and, the transition zone (5) between the floaters (4) and the running part with substantially constant diameter (6) of said duct (1).
