<p>A trading technique by which an order is accepted in a short waiting time of the customer trading over a network. An order accepting section (122) receives order information concerning a specific trade and inputted on line by an orderer and acquires payment certification information for certificating the payment for the commodity of the order. An authorization requesting section (123) makes a request for authorization of the payment certification information through a settlement center. The order accepting section (122) outputs information representing that the order is accepted on line to the orderer before the result of the authorization is produced.</p> |
