A standing frame (1,6) has upper cross-heads (7) fitted with handles and an adjusted ban. One of the side supports (16) folds up to ease mounting and positional change. In use, when the right foot moves its pedal downwards and the left foot moves on up on its pedal so the right hand necessarily moves upwards and the left hand downwards. This bends the spine to the left followed by stretching of the spine at the feet positions and movements reverse direction and at the same time reverse the spine bend and stretch movement. There are also provided arms (2), a roller arm (3), bottom cross-heads (11), pedals and brake facilities.
