A high-voltage (HV) power circuit-breaker includes a capacitor (15) arranged parallel to its insulating gap and has an earthed encapsulation (2) with outdoor bushings (10,11) for the electrical HV conductors which are equipped with connector fittings (13a,13b) at their free ends. The capacitor (15) is arranged outside the earthed encapsulation (2) and is electrically and mechanically connected to the connector fittings (13a,13b) of the outdoor bushings in such a way that the latter support/carry the capacitor (15).
