PURPOSE: Provided is a pad for sanitary napkin or diaper which places non-woven cloth including biostone, jade, ocher, active carbon, wood and vegetable adhesive between hygienic cloths, so that it is helpful in preventing various diseases around the private parts. CONSTITUTION: The pad for sanitary napkin or diaper is characterized by producing the steps of: (i) pasting mixture(32) wherein 20-40wt% of biostone, 1-5wt% of jade, 20-25wt% of ocher, 33-37wt% of active carbon, 5-10wt% of wood and 1-3wt% of adhesive are mixed on the surface of non-woven cloth(31) and drying; and (ii) placing the pasted non-woven cloth between hygienic cloths(30, 30a) which are located in the upper and lower part respectively.
