<p>A therapeutic anti-inflammatory and analgesic composition for topical/transdermal use which comprises: Selective Cox-2 inhibitor drugs from 0.1% to 40% w/w and percutaneous absorption enhancing vehicle/base from 60% to 99.9% w/w. Optionally Gelling agent/thickening agent (0% to 60% w/w) surfactant (0% to 20% w/w), Neutralizing agent/pH adjusting agent (0% to 5% w/w) may be added to the said composition.</p> |
