The holder comprises an elongated holder part (24) for fixing on an edge of a door panel (14) to extend along same. The holder part has a socket for engaging with a replacement sealing element. At least one elongated flexible sealing lip part (20, 22) formed in one piece with the holder part extends with same along a surface of the holder part so that the sealing lip part can be removed from the holder part to allow the replacement sealing element to be used in place of the sealing lip part. An Independent claim is also provided for a method for replacing flexible sealing lip parts by cutting off the sealing lip parts away from the holder part and fixing the replacement sealing element by inserting a section of same into a slit (52,54) in the holder part.
