PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeatedly usable hydraulic test device which can undergo hydraulic test without a welder by eliminating the need for welding pipe joints, U-shaped pipes, and plug members to end parts of respective pipes of a furnace wall pipe panel and bevel the end parts of the respective pipes in advance in the manufacturing stage for the furnace wall pipe panel by eliminating the need to cut the pipe joint, U-shaped pipe, and plug member after a hydraulic test is completed, and the reduce the total operation man-hours. SOLUTION: The outer peripheries of short pipes 9, 10, and 11 which are previously fixed to the end part of the pipe joint 5, both the end parts of the U-shaped pipe 4, and the end part of the plug member 6 are coated with adhesives and inserted into the end parts of a pipe 1 and adhered.
