PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a gas flow rate as total by detecting a gas flow rate flowing through at least one measuring flow passage 7 out of plural gas passages 2, in a gas meter juxtaposed with the plural gas passages 2 between a front chamber part 1 into which gas flows and a rear chamber part 6 from which the gas flows out, and arranged with a flow rate detecting means 7 in one of the plural gas passages 2 to constitute a measuring flow passage 3. SOLUTION: A perforated portion 10 having plural communicated holes 20A, 20B, 20C communicated between the front chamber part 1 and the gas passages 2 is provided in inlet parts of the plural gas flow passages 2 in the front chamber part 1.
