PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toy fireworks, that use a paper jointing tube whose lower end part is blocked by cement mortar to nearly solve many difficult problems that conventional toy fireworks have, and its installation stand. SOLUTION: After powder or the like is filled into a paper jointing tube, a plug body that is made of an organic material is stuck, in a sealed state, to a specific part close to the base edge in its inner empty part in the paper jointing tube, thus preventing the explosion pressure of the powder from escaping from the base edge side of the paper jointing tube. The plug body may be stuck to the tip of an inner cylinder made of paper with a prescribed length that is internally fitted to the base edge of the paper jointing tube in a stuck state. Then, the installation stand is provided with a stand being installed on the ground and an insertion member that is connected, so that it can be erected and brought down easily on the stand by a pin and is provided in the prescribed length in a shape for inserting into the inner pipe.
