<p>A fluid-dispensing kitchen brush including a fluid reservoir and a handle (30), the reservoir being closed by an end plate (40) which is ultrasonically welded to the body (22) and latched to a bristle block (60) by resilient fingers (68) on the block (60) engaging in notches (50) on the plate (40). Aligned holes through the plate (40) and the block (60) which provide communication between the reservoir and the bristles (59) are openable and closeable by a plug (71) biased closed by a leaf spring (77) and openable by a lever (80) having a post (83) receivable in a fluid-filling aperture (27) in the body (22). The aperture (27) is closed by a hollow cap (90) hingedly movable between open and closed positions and having a flexible and resilient dome (91) which, in the closed position, covers the post (83) and is depressible for actuating the lever (80).</p> |
